Free shipping for orders of $200 or more
Free shipping cannot be combined with any other offer. Please note that additional charges will apply for oversized or overweight items. Additional handling charges may apply on shipments to remote areas (Free shipping is not eligible for delivery to postal codes beginning with A0K, A0P, G0G, J0M, P0L, P0T, P0V, R0B, R0C, S0J, T0H, T0P , V0J, V0N, V0P, V0R, V0T, V0V, X0A, X0B, X0C, X0E, Y0B). We will contact you, prior to shipment, to inform you of the charges in addition to the base rate.
Delivery Across Canada
We deliver to all provinces of Canada. We also offer in-store pick-ups at 1510 chemin de l’Avalanche, in Saint-Adolphe-d’Howard.
Processing Time Frames
The order processing time varies between 1 and 2 working days for products in stock. Please note that the processing time is longer for products Available on backorder than for products in stock.
Delivery Time
Delivery times follow Canada Post standards. They vary depending on the area and the delivery option selected.
Regular Parcel: 2-13 business days
Xpresspost: 1-8 business days
Priority: 1-8 business days
Returns and Refunds
Climbing equipment: no return or reimbursement
Items not related to climbing: return within 30 days of purchase upon presentation of the invoice, in original package and in perfect condition *. If returning by post, the return costs must be paid by the customer. The reimbursement will be made after receipt of the returned item and verification that it has never been used.
For products in liquidation or on sale: no return or or reimbursement.
No exchange: it is easier and faster to request a refund and re-order the alternative product (different size or color).
All returned products must be in perfect condition and meet the following conditions:
- Have all the original labels and stickers
- Be in its original package accompanied by all the elements included
- Be as clean as when you received it with no unusual odors or hair or animal hair
- Have been tried over your underwear
Attitude Montagne could refuse a returned item that is not in perfect condition according to the criteria listed here. If applicable, the product will be returned to the client at his expense.
No return on items purchased when ‘available on backorder’ (on invoice ‘En cour d’approvisionnement’), we can not guarantee what the delivery delay will be.
