    This is what Attitude Montagne offers you with the HM-3 in Mexico. We will use the volcanoes Iztaccíhualt as well as El pico de Orizaba where we work with you to combine every knowledge and skills of the others Mountaineering courses of Attitude Montagne. We are there to make sure you use the right technique at the right time to be as safe and efficient as possible!

    • Application and links between the 4 modules of the mountaineering courses (HM-1, Hm-2, AST-1, Orientation)
    • Realization of a pre-trip planification (avalanche, weather, orientation, emergency plan, itinerary, international logistic, food, etc.)
    • Autonomous alpine and/or mountain ascent, supervised by a Attitude Montagne guide.
    • Confirmation of your proficiency of the different mountain skills to become autonomous.

    Izta the “White Lady” comes from an ancient legend according to which she and her ​​former lover were transformed in to a mountain after displeasing the gods. The Mountain will be our first goal and training ground for mountaineering techniques. As it is a mountain with eternal snow, but having no technical difficulties, it will be ideal to assimilate the techniques.

    The volcano Pico de Orizaba aka Citlaltépeti or Star Mountain is the third highest peak in North America. With an almost perfect conical shape, and covered by a glacier from 4900m, it will be an ideal target for your first high altitude project. This is an exceptional environment to put your newly acquired techniques to practise.
