Mount Washington

Mount Washington dominates the Presidential Range and is the highest mountain of northeast America. Despite its rather easy approach, weather changes can be surprising. Many weather extreme records have been registered at the summit, and they are not records of nice weather! Every year, people are trapped by these rapid weather changes.

Mount Colden in the Adirondacks

Mount Colden is considered the first Adirondacks climbing site (since 1850). It is the 11th highest peak of the region. It offers exceptional quality alpine routes that require a good physical condition in order to attain the summit without having to be an advanced technical climber.
